Hard Frost by John Clayton from Heritage Crafts reminds me of the quiet time right after a fresh snow. Simply beautiful! This design stitches up to a 10 inch circle on 14ct Aida or 28ct fabric (over two threads) using DMC threads.

 

 

NC157 Harmony by Nora Corbett Designs from her Muse Collection is stitched on 32ct Sea Lily Linen by Nora Corbett (Alternative fabric: 16ct Sea Lily Aida by Nora Corbett) using Mill Hill Beads 02096, 02099, 02104, 18825, 42019; Kreinik #4 Braid 001, 021; Caron Collection Waterlilies (CWL209), Crescent Colours Threads 084 La Tierra and 176 Ye Old Gold. Approximate design size 10.2" w x 6.5" h on these fabrics. Stitch count: 139 x 109.

 

 

2011 Ornament 8-Hallelujah by Little House Needleworks is stitched on 30ct Straw Linen from Weeks Dye Works using DMC floss, Crescent Colours threads, and Gentle Arts Sampler threads. Collect all the ornaments from this year - nine so far. Believe it or not, Christmas is less than 2 months away! (Eek! I'm still in denial.)

 

 

Farmer's Market-Fresh Apple by SamSarah Designs Studio was stitched on Weeks Dye Works 30ct Straw Linen using Gentle Arts and Weeks Dye Works threads! The embellishment pack finish this wonderful design. This chart is the sixth in the Farmer's Market series, which include Pear, Berry (strawberries), Lime, Kiwi, and Melon (watermelon) too. The top part can be stitched with the five other fruit designs to make a nice framed piece. You can also stitch each of the sculpted fruits from this series of six charts! Cute!

Peace & Cheer Santa by Homespun Elegance Ltd Their 2011 Santa Ornament comes with the open brass star charm! Shown stitched on 30ct Mink linen from R&R using Blue Spruce from Weeks Dye Works; Mulberry, Straw Bonnet & Maple Syrup from Gentle Arts; Wisper W89; and DMC floss. Stitch count: 52 x 41.

 

Loose Feathers Summer Part 1 by Blackbird Designs is part 1 of a three part sampler. The model for entire sampler (parts 1-3) was stitched on 30ct Irish Creme by R&R Reproductions using Crescent Colours and Gentle Arts threads. The entire finished sampler is 222w x 137h (approx. 15 x 9 inches). Two bonus designs are included.
