1. Why can't I give you my credit or debit card information over the phone, by email, or by fax?
Due to changes in the regulations regarding how customers card information is stored, we have decided to stop taking card information over the phone. For the same reason, we will not take your information by email nor by fax. The most secure way to give us your sensitive information is through the payment gateway set up on our web site. Not only is this the most secure way to do this, it is less expensive for us. When we save, you save!
2. What is the fastest way to contact Robin's Nest Designs?
EMail please. Due to family obligations requiring frequent traveling away from the office, we answer the phones for a few hours during the daytime. We do answer emails nearly all day every day. We do need to sleep sometime!
3. Do you have a retail store?
No. We are currently an online business only. No brick and mortar store. We are also not set up for customers to come and pick up orders.
4. What is a Savings Card Reward?
When you spend over $100 in one or several orders, you will receive a Savings Card Reward code for 10% off a future order!
